Crystal holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and holds advanced certifications as a Professional Diversity Coach, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Inclusive Behavior Inventory Assessor, and Predictive Index Partner. She is also a certified Advanced Scrum Master.
